Metal Building Outlet supplied this striking and spacious prefabricated metal building in Williams, Arizona in late March of 2015.

Now used as a shop by the owners, the finished, Nucor-brand building stands 40’x60’x14’ and is covered by a sturdy galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch. It boasts (2) framed openings; (1) that stands 12’x12’ and (1) 3070 heavy-duty 20-gauge steel walk door for easy owner access.

Located in northern Arizona not far outside Flagstaff, Williams experiences a Mediterranean climate characterized by warm summers and relatively mild winters. To ensure comfort and durability year-round and improve energy efficiency, the building was designed with R-10 energy saving insulation in the roof and walls. It also boasts a high wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 60 lbs.

Located in Coconino County along historic Route 66 in northern Arizona, Williams lies about 36 miles from Flagstaff and 68 miles outside Prescott.
