Now used for warehouse purposes, the (2) metal buildings offer unmatched structural integrity, with the first and main warehouse building standing 200’x160’x16’ in size and the second structure, a smaller, single-slope lean-to, standing 10’x110’x10.8’ when erect. The roof covering the main warehouse building has a gable design and a 1:12 pitch, and the metal lean-to’s single-slope roof has a 1.6:12 pitch.
Attractive and multifunctional, the metal warehouse buildings have (9) framed door openings between them, which include (1) 8’x8’ overhead door opening, (2) 7’x7’ overhead door openings and (6) 3070 walk door framed openings. Upgraded Gray primer paint on the buildings’ frames and galvanized secondaries is an additional enhancement, and both buildings also feature 35-psf roof snow loads and 118-mph wind speed ratings in accordance with local building and engineering codes.
