The oversized 2 car residential steel garage is 30’x30’x12’ with a 4:12 roof pitch. It has fox gray walls with burnished slate trim and an evergreen painted roof.  The metal building was designed with (2) 10×10 overhead doors and a 3070 walk-door.  The building has a wind load of 120 MPH and a snow load of 50 PSF.  The reason for the high loads is Westcliffe elevation is 7,888ft above sea level.
