Overhead, covering and protecting the structure, is a rugged and corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 roof pitch. Additional features of this building project include a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs., inclusions that were made in consideration of the variable weather patterns and seasonal snowfall seen throughout Webberville and the surrounding region.
