Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel warehouse building in Houston, Texas.  Located in Harris County about 160 miles from Austin and 200 miles from San Antonio this metal building was purchased in December, 2012.  The owner uses the building as a maintenance warehouse.

The Nucor metal building has a finished exterior size of 40’x50’x12’ and a 1:12 pitched galvalume roof.  The doors were provided by Metal Building Outlet in addition to the prefabricated steel components. It was built with a wind load of 110 MPH. The snow loads are 5PSF roof and 3.5PSF ground.
