Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building located in Southern Colorado about 50 miles from Pueblo and 40 miles from Trinidad is Walsenburg, Colorado.  A resident there needed a Shop building and found a Nucor prefabricated building would meet his needs.  Purchased in February, 2013 the 50’x80’x14’ has 8 3’x3’ windows for natural light.  It also has 2 12’x12’ overhead doors and 2 3’x7’ walkdoors.

Adding to the durability of the building are the wind and snow load ratings.  It has a 90mph wind load and 45 for snow load.  To withstand Colorado’s varying weather temperatures the building features an insulation package with roof rated to an R-19 and the walls R-13. Making this building energy efficient and reducing the cost of ownership for the long-term.
