It has a broad clear span and high ceilings, creating additional usable warehouse space, and overhead, it features a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof with 1:12 pitch.
Inside, the steel warehouse has (2) bays at 25’ and (4) bays at 22’5”, and it also contains (2) 12’x14’ framed overhead door openings. A 100-mph wind speed rating serves as an additional customization and keeps the metal warehouse compliant with the building and engineering codes currently in place in Visalia.
