Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building frame for a buyer in Orange, Texas, in May of 2014.

The prefabricated metal building stands 40’x80’x16’ with a 1:12 roof pitch, and is currently used as a shop building. It features (4) framed openings for easy user access, among them (1) 10’x10’ overhead door, (2) 12’x14’ overhead doors and (1) 4070 door.

Eastern Texas, where Orange is located, often experiences windy weather conditions, and as such, this metal building was constructed with a wind speed of 112 mph.

The City of Orange is the easternmost city in the State of Texas, and lies within Orange County, in east-central Texas. It lies about 90 miles outside of Baytown and roughly 27 miles from the City of Beaumont.

Steel Shop Building in Cross Roads, Texas

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Cross Roads, Texas, in late June of 2014.

Designed with Nucor Building Systems components, the building now operates as a shop building. Eye-catching and exceedingly durable, the building boasts a finished size of 100’x125’x16’, and is white in color, with red trim. It is covered with a Galvalume roof, and has a 1.5:12 roof pitch.

The prefabricated metal building has a total of (12) framed openings, all of which are 10’x10’ roll-up doors. To ensure user comfort and help maintain consistent temperatures year-round, R-13 insulation was included in both the roof and walls at the time of construction, and the building was also built with a wind speed of 90 mph.

Cross Roads, Texas is a small town of less than two thousand inhabitants that lies within Denton County, in north-central Texas. The Town of Cross Roads lies about nine miles outside Denton and 24 miles from McKinney.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Fort Worth, Texas.  As one of the largest metropolitan areas in the US, the Fort Worth metropolitan area includes the counties of Tarrant, Johnson, Denton, Wise and Parker counties.  This building was purchased as a personal storage building in 2009 and is about 15 miles from Arlington and 90 miles from Dallas.

This Nucor metal storage building is 40’x40’x10’ and has a roof pitch of 2:12. The building has two entrances, one being an overhead door and the other a walkdoor.  The overhead on is a 10’x8’ and the walkdoor is 3’x7’ in size.
