Metal Building Outlet sourced this prefabricated steel shop building for a customer in Henderson, Colorado, in August of 2019.

Offering unmatched durability and structural integrity, the building stands 30’x40’x16’ in size and currently undergoes use as a shop. Constructed using rugged, high-end steel components, the building has a wide, unobstructed clear span that maximizes floor space, and it also boasts high overhead clearance, which enhances versatility even further.

Overhead, a hardwearing, damage-resistant Galvalume roof with a 2:12 pitch shields the interior of the metal shop from the Colorado elements, while (2) framed openings serve as additional customizations. Included are (1) 18’x14’ opening and (1) 3’x7’ opening. Additional configurations made in compliance with local building codes, and in consideration of Colorado’s seasonal climate changes, include a 30-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind load.

An unincorporated community in north-central Colorado, Henderson is part of Adams County. Nearby communities include Brighton, Commerce City and Thornton.

Metal Building Outlet secured this prefabricated steel shop building for a customer in Lake George, Colorado, in late April of 2019.

Versatile, attractive and easy to maintain, the building is comprised of heavy-duty, premium-quality steel components, and it now functions as a shop. Once raised, it boasts a finished size of 44’x24’x12’, and it features a clear-span interior that frees up more space to work by eliminating interior trusses and obstructions.

The steel shop features a striking, Copper-colored exterior and a complementing Evergreen-colored roof with a 4:12 pitch, while (4) framed openings serve as additional shop customizations. Included are (3) 8’x10’ openings enclosing (3) 8’x10’ doors and (1) 3070 walk door opening. Because the Lake George area often sees considerable seasonal snowfall, there are stringent building codes governing construction in the area, and the shop features a 115-mph wind speed rating and a high, 120-pound snow load in order to accommodate them.

Situated a few miles north of the Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument, the unincorporated community of Lake George falls within Colorado’s Park County. The community lies roughly 40 miles northwest of Colorado Springs and about 13 miles from Divide.

Metal Building Outlet soured this premanufactured metal shop building on behalf of a buyer in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, in March of 2019.

Robust, durable and designed for life in Pagosa Springs’ variable climate, the building features premium-quality steel construction, and it stands 24’x60’x14’ in size. Now in use as a shop, the building offers supreme functionality and versatility, and it features a clear-span design that eliminates interior obstructions, thereby maximizing storage and work space.

A Galvalume roof with a 4:12 pitch sits overhead, protecting the shop from above, and it also features several customizations made to enhance durability given the climate characteristics of the area and the building code requirements currently in place across the region. Such supplemental features include a high, 65-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.

Located in southwest Colorado, the town of Pagosa Springs is a part of Archuleta County. The community sits about 60 miles east of Durango and about 35 miles north of the Colorado/New Mexico border.
