Metal Workshop in Orangevale, California
Metal Building Outlet sourced this pre-engineered metal workshop building on behalf of a customer in Orangevale, California, in May of 2019.
Rugged, reliable and heavily insulated, the building boasts a finished size of 40’x60’x28’ and now functions as a shop. Comprised of premium-quality steel components, the building features a clear-span design that eliminates interior obstructions, and it also features high clearance, leaving building users plenty of overhead room to work or store equipment.
Ash Grey in color, the steel building features protection from above in the form of a corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch, and distributed throughout the steel workshop are (7) framed openings. These include (1) 14’x14’ overhead opening enclosing (1) 14’x14’ overhead door, (2) 10’x10 openings, (3) 3070 walk door openings and (1) 6070 opening.
Among its key customizations is a high-performance insulation package, with R-30 insulation installed within the roof of the building and R-25 insulation installed within the walls. In addition to keeping energy costs low, the insulation improves interior comfort for shop users while reducing outside noise. The metal workshop also has a 110-mph wind speed rating; an inclusion made in compliance with local building code requirements.
Part of the Sacramento-Arden-Arcade-Roseville Metropolitan Statistical Area, Orangevale is a part of Northern California’s Sacramento County. The community sits about 25 miles northeast of Sacramento and about 117 miles outside Santa Rosa.

Brewery Building in Silverthorne, Colorado
Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated steel building for a buyer in Silverthorne, Colorado, in July of 2015.
Now the Angry James Brewery, the attractive and low-maintenance metal building is crafted from long-lasting, hardwearing premium-grade steel components. It stands 40’x60’x16’ in size once fully erect and is covered and protected overhead by an exceedingly durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 2:12 roof pitch. In consideration of Silverthorne’s mountainous location and the typical weather patterns, a wind speed of 115 mph and a very high snow load of 80 lbs. were included during the construction process.
A part of north-central Colorado’s Summit County, the town of Silverthorne sits close to the Dillon Reservoir. It is situated about 92 miles outside the ski resort city of Aspen and about 91 miles outside the city of Glenwood Springs.

Shop Building in Fulshear, Texas

Crafted from premium-grade steel components, the rugged and low-maintenance steel building now serves as a shop. It boasts bold, Hawaii blue paint and a finished size of 50’x60’x14’. Overhead is a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 roof pitch, and inside the building are (3) framed openings. These openings include (1) 12’x12’ openings and (2) openings that house 3070 walk doors for easy building access.
In consideration of the climate typical in and around Fulshear, this building is equipped with a high wind speed of 140 mph. Situated within southeastern Texas’ Fort Bend County; Fulshear is a part of the Houston – The Woodlands – Sugar Land metropolitan area. The city lies about 21 miles outside Sugar Land and about 13 miles from Katy.

Metal Building in Tillamook County, Oregon
Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal building for a customer in Tillamook County, Oregon, in late February of 2016.
Boasting bright polar white paint and standing 75’x100’x16’, the structure is now used as a storage facility for the Nestucca Valley Athletic Supporters. The building is two-sided with sheeting applied along the front side wall and rear end wall, and the rear end wall also has a rigid frame to create a clear-span entry and exit area. Overhead is an exceedingly durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 roof pitch, and additionally the steel building features include a wind speed of 120 mph and a snow load of 25 lbs. These additions were made to maximize the structure’s durability with regard to the typical climate patterns characteristic of greater Tillamook County.
A county in northwestern Oregon, Tillamook County is situated about 22 miles from Wheeler and about 15 miles from Beaver.

This building is 50’x60’16’ and has a 1:12 pitched galvalume roof. The wind and snow load for the shop are average for the area. The wind load rating is 95 MPH and it has 25 PSF ground snow load. There are four doors on this building (2) 3’x7’ walk doors and (2) 14’x14’ overhead doors.
