Combining impressive versatility with unmatched durability, the metal building features top-quality steel construction and stands 30’x60’x10’ once raised. In use as a shop, it features overhead protection in the form of a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel roof, and the roof has a slight 1:12 pitch that helps prevent precipitation from collecting on top of it.

The steel workshop also boasts several features added out of respect for local building code requirements and the climate characteristics typical of Cornelius and the surrounding landscape, among them a 100-mph wind speed rating and a 10-pound snow load. Part of the Portland metro area, the city of Cornelius is located in northwestern Oregon’s Washington County. The community sits just east of Forest Grove and just west of Hillsboro.

Metal Building Outlet was the proud supplier of this prefabricated metal workshop building in Bennett, Colorado, in early January of 2020.

Offering unsurpassed strength and durability, the building boasts a striking, Sagebrush Tan-colored exterior and is undergoing use as a workshop. When erect, the metal shop stands an expansive 50’x70’x16’ in size, and it offers high overhead clearance that improves versatility and an open, clear-span design that creates as much usable floor space as possible.

The roof of the steel workshop is Burnished Slate in color and has a 3:12 pitch, and (4) framed openings are additional noteworthy features. Found throughout the workshop are (1) 14’x14’ overhead door opening, (1) 10’x12’ overhead door opening and 19210 3070 walk door openings. A 45-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating are additional supplemental features added with regard for local building codes and climate considerations.

With land in Adams and Arapahoe counties, the town of Bennett is part of the Denver-Aurora-Lakewood metropolitan area. It sits about 35 miles east of Denver and about 30 miles north of Kiowa.

Heavy-duty, economical and built to last, the steel building now serves as a shop and has an eye-catching, Polar White exterior. Once erect, the shop offers a finished size of 40’x60’x16’, and it is comprised of top-of-the-line steel components.

Distributed throughout the metal workshop are (3) 12’x14’ framed openings, each equipped with one of (3) heavy-duty metal walk doors, and a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof protects the interior of the workshop from above. A five-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating serve as additional attributes included in consideration of the climate and weather patterns common across Robeline and throughout the surrounding region.

A small, sparsely populated village in northwestern Louisiana’s Natchitoches Parish, Robeline falls within the Natchitoches Micropolitan Statistical Area. The community lies about 186 miles from Baton Rouge and roughly 62 miles outside Alexandria.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated steel workshop building for a buyer in Winnabow, North Carolina, in April of 2019.

Now undergoing use as a shop, the building boasts supreme versatility and functionality, and once erect, it stands an expansive 80’x100’x20’ in size. Comprised of heavy-duty steel components, the shop’s wide, clear-span design eliminates unnecessary interior obstructions, freeing up more usable space, while its rugged, hardwearing Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch protects its interior from above.

The steel workshop features (1) 3’4”x7’2” framed opening and several other customizations added in consideration of the area’s typical climate patterns and in compliance with local building codes. These accommodations include a high, 130-mph wind speed rating and a 10-pound snow load.

A part of southern North Carolina’s Brunswick County, Winnabow is largely an agricultural community. The area sits about 15 miles outside Wilmington and roughly 20 miles from Myrtle Grove.

Rugged, durable and exceedingly energy efficient, the building now serves as a workshop and stands an expansive 60’x120’x19’ in size. Comprised of premium-quality steel components, it offers the structural integrity life in the Colorado mountains requires, and a hardwearing, heavy-duty Galvalume roof with a 4:12 pitch sits overhead, protecting the interior of the shop from the elements.

The metal shop boasts an attractive, Light Stone-colored exterior that blends well with the surrounding mountain landscape, and distributed throughout it are (8) framed openings. These include (3) 16’x16’ openings enclosing (3) 16’x16’ doors, (4) 3070 walk door openings enclosing (4) 3070 walk doors, and (1) 12’xq10’ opening containing (1) 12’x10’ overhead door.

A high-performance insulation package further equips the building for the sometimes-extreme temperatures and variable climate patterns that come with life in a mountain town, and it includes R-38 insulation in the roof and R-30 insulation in the walls. In addition to keeping energy bills manageable and building users comfortable, regardless of outside temperatures, the insulation helps muffle outside noise, creating a more favorable work environment inside.

Additional features added with regard for the variable climate characteristics of the region and the strict building codes in place in the area include a high, 60-pound snow and a 115-mph wind speed rating. A popular resort community set within western Colorado’s Garfield County, Glenwood Springs sit about 40 miles outside Aspen and about 13 miles northwest of Carbondale.
