Metal Building Outlet delivered this prefabricated metal storage building in Dillon, Montana in January of 2021.

Now undergoing storage use, the Brick Red building with complementing Solar White trim is comprised of durable, sustainable steel components, resulting in optimal protection for goods housed inside. When raised, the metal storage building stands 50’x120’x10’ and features a clear span that eliminates the need for any interior supports.

Overhead, a Solar White gable-style roof with a 2:12 pitch provides protection from the Montana elements, and (5) framed door and window openings are additional steel storage building customizations. Distributed throughout the building are (2) 6070 openings enclosing (2) 6070 20-gauge insulated commercial walk doors with lever locks, (1) 10’x10’ opening for a sliding door and (2) 4030 window openings that let natural sunlight stream inside.

Additional enhancements include a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 30-psf snow load; inclusions made in consideration of the building codes in place at the jobsite and the climate characteristics of the region.
