Now in use as a shop on the grounds of a country club, the steel building offers unmatched strength and durability and currently functions as a shop. It has a wide clear span and high overhead clearance that leaves additional room for storing landscaping equipment, golf carts or any number of other items. The roof of the metal shop is comprised of highly corrosion-resistant Galvalume Plus steel paneling. Other customizations were added with respect for local climate conditions and building codes.
