In August 2023, Metal Building Outlet delivered a pre-engineered steel showroom trio in Durango, Colorado, where they now house a flooring and interior design studio.
Comprising two spacious showrooms and a designated entrance building, the metal structures combine functionality with aesthetic appeal, setting a new standard for commercial architecture in the region. The entrance building boasts distinctive 25’4″ parapets, with its sleek, modern design helping draw visitors from the surrounding community.
Each building features a double-layer Energy Saver roof and wall insulation system, delivering optimal thermal performance while reducing energy consumption and electric bills. One of the main metal showrooms has an eye-catching 13’38’8″ below-eave canopy, boosting architectural interest while providing sheltered outdoor space for product displays or community gatherings.
All three steel buildings also feature single-slope roofs, creating a cohesive design aesthetic, and they also meet the Durango area’s stringent wind and snow load requirements, maximizing stability and structural integrity.
