The owner of a plumbing company purchased this pre-engineered metal shop building from Metal Building Outlet in late March of 2023.
Featuring high ceilings and an open, adaptable floorplan, the shop houses trucks, plumbing supplies, water heaters and other business assets while keeping them protected from the intense southern Arizona sunshine. Durable and easy to erect, the building kit came in pre-assembled pieces, which sped up the construction process and reduced associated expenses.
The business owner also verified local building codes before signing off on the final building design, and Metal Building Outlet designed the building accordingly to enhance durability and meet or exceed current code requirements.
