Insulated Steel Shop & Lean-To in Liberty, South Carolina

Supplied by Metal Building Outlet in January 2023 for a client in Liberty, South Carolina, these (2) metal buildings are now shops.

Durable, low-maintenance and insulated, the first Charcoal-colored metal building with White trim is a traditional, clear-span metal building, while the second is a metal lean-to. Both buildings have White roofs and R-13 insulation in the roofs and walls, leading to more comfortable interior temperatures and lower heating and cooling bills. The fiberglass insulation blankets have White WMP-VRR+ facing on one side, which helps protect them while giving the interiors of the metal shops a clean, finished look.

The main shop building has 18” overhangs along both sidewalls, helping keep rain from coming in contact with the exterior walls. The roofs of both buildings also have Polar White gutters and downspouts that help rainwater drain easily off of them.
