When a resident of Attica, Michigan, needed a versatile metal building with an open floorplan, he turned to Metal Building Outlet, which supplied this pre-engineered metal building kit in mid-March of 2023.

Eye-catching and easy to raise thanks to its preassembled nature, the building has a bright Hawaiian Blue exterior with complementing Polar White trim. High ceilings and a clear span create an open, column-free interior, and MBO also included a Michigan engineer-stamped foundation plan to help ensure the safety and stability of the shop through the years.

The shop has door openings in several sizes, making it easy to move cars, agricultural equipment or any number of other large items in and out. It also complies with the building codes in the area, serving as a safe, comfortable space the owner can use for work or storage.
