Metal Building Outlet sent this prefabricated steel shop building to a buyer in Hockley, Texas, in January 2023. The shop combines functionality with impressive aesthetics, featuring a Light Stone exterior with a Polar White roof and Evergreen architectural trim, gutters, downspouts and wainscoting that complete the cohesive look.

The custom steel shop building has notable features throughout, among them liner panels up to 8’ high on all interior walls. These panels help protect the walls from damage, and they also create a cleaner, more polished interior finish.

A high-performance insulation system improves energy efficiency and interior comfort throughout. The roof features 6” of faced R-19 insulation, while the walls include 4” of faced R-13 insulation. The insulation system stabilizes inside temperatures, reducing heating and cooling costs and ensuring a comfortable year-round work environment.
