A resident of Scottsdale, Arizona, needed a versatile, customized personal shop he could use year-round in the desert heat and tasked Metal Building Outlet with supplying the solution. Metal Building Outlet sent the pre-engineered steel building kit to the client in June of 2024, giving him a safe, secure place to store assets, complete projects or otherwise use as desired.

Saddle Tan in color with complementing Koko Brown trim, the personal steel shop offers 1,860 square feet of column-free floorspace, with high ceilings boosting versatility while creating additional room for vertical storage. A 5-psf collateral load allows for the addition of light fixtures, sprinkler or HVAC systems or similar infrastructure overhead, while gutters and downspouts along the exterior channel rainwater away from the shop’s walls and foundation.

The building has a large window, allowing natural light to make its way inside while contributing to a bright, welcoming interior environment.
