Prefabricated Steel Office, Shop & Lean-To in Lynn Haven, Florida

In May 2023, Metal Building Outlet sent three pre-engineered metal building kits to Lynn Haven, Florida. This unique project included a shop, an office and a lean-to, each designed to meet the specific needs of their owner. What sets these buildings apart is both their sturdy steel construction and their careful attention to detail that enhances durability, functionality and versatility.

Building A: The Office

At the heart of the project stands Building A, the office space. While it lacks wall sheeting, it will eventually accommodate stucco siding that boosts durability and aesthetic appeal. The inclusion of upgraded wind ratings ensures the building’s resilience against Florida’s unpredictable weather patterns, while the addition of parapet material adds a touch of sophistication and style to the structure.

Building B: The Shop

Building B serves as the primary shop area. Noteworthy features include 5′ and 8′ below-eave canopies, providing shelter and workspace flexibility. The steel shop has seven windows that let natural light inside and a robust steel framework and design that can support a wide range of commercial activities.

Building C: The Lean-To

Completing the prefabricated steel trio is Building C, the metal lean-to. Like the office, it will eventually feature stucco siding. Building C offers valuable, versatile space for the building owner and has upgraded wind ratings that align with local building codes.
