Metal Building Outlet supplied the kit for this prefabricated steel garage in Rexford, Montana, sending the building components to the client in May 2024.

Durable, energy efficient and designed to protect vehicles and other assets during Montana’s long, cold winters, the building features heavy-duty 26-gauge steel construction, helping it stand strong in the face of heavy snow, gusty winds and other common hazards. Installed in the metal garage’s roof and walls are 6” of R-19 fiberglass insulation with rugged, VRR+ facing, keeping interior temperatures consistent and ideal for storing cars and trucks.

Colored 26-gauge PBR roof panels give the garage nice curb appeal and provide reliable protection overhead, while three doors – one, an insulated walk door, and the others, overhead garage doors – offer easy access inside. The steel garage also features a heavy snow load rating so it can handle the area’s harsh winters without compromising structural integrity.
