Steel Commercial Building & 2 Lean-Tos in Canby, California
When the owners of a well-drilling company in Canby, California, needed an eye-catching, customized metal building to house their business, a friend referred them to Metal Building Outlet.
Metal Building Outlet sent the prefab steel building kits for the main shop building and two lean-tos flanking on either side in December of 2022. The outside features Light Stone exterior paint and a Burnished Slate roof, trim and wainscoting, and 2’ overhangs along all sides of the shop to create covered outdoor space while keeping moisture from coming in contact with the exterior walls.
Insulated and highly energy-efficient, the steel commercial building has 8” of R-25 insulation in the walls and another 9.5” of R-30 insulation in its roof. White polypropylene facing lines the side facing inward, giving the inside of the shop a clean, finished look.
Other noteworthy features include light-transmitting wall light panels, (2) 3030 windows and interior walls that help separate the shop area from the other parts of the commercial building.
