Light Stone in color with complementing White trim and a Red roof, the durable, easy-to-raise metal building now functions as a shop and is 40’x100’x16’ in size. Insulated and energy-efficient, it has high ceilings and a broad clear span, boosting versatility, and the steel workshop’s roof has a gable design.
The metal shop building has (4) framed door openings throughout. There are also 3” of metal building insulation installed in the walls of the shop and 4” of insulation in the roof, all of which has heavy-duty White polypropylene facing adhered to the interior side.
Other steel building customizations include (1) full-height partition wall serving as an interior divider and gutters and downspouts, which keep water from pooling on the roof of the shop or near its foundation. A 110-mph wind speed rating is another customization made in line with local building codes.
