Steel Building in Prescott, Arizona

Metal Building Outlet secured this pre-engineered steel building in Prescott, Arizona, in mid-May of 2022.

Now functioning as an auto body shop, the building features top-quality steel construction and stands 34’x40’x15’ when raised. A broad clear span and high overhead clearance easily accommodate vehicles in a range of different sizes, and a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant gable roof provides reliable protection overhead.

The steel body shop has (4) framed door openings providing access inside, among them (2) 3070 openings housing (2) 3070 insulated 20-gauge commercial walk doors with lever locks and (2) 12’x12’ door openings holding (2) 12’x12’ Model 977 26-gauge roll-coil sheet doors with chain hoists and top draft stops.

A 30-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind load are additional upgrades made in adherence to the building and engineering codes currently in place in Prescott.
