Prefab Steel Building in Oak Hills, California

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefab steel building in Oak Hills, California, in September of 2015.

Light stone in color with a koko-brown trim, the Garco Building Systems building stands 40’x60’16’ and is covered overhead by a premium-grade Galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch. Inside are (3) framed openings of varying sizes, including a 12’x14’ opening, a 10’x10’ opening and a 3070 walk door.

In consideration of the typical climate and weather patterns characteristic of the area, the building is designed with maximum durability in mind, and it has a high wind speed of 130 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs. The building is also seismically verified by the United States Geological Survey (USGS).

A high-desert census-designated area within Southern California’s San Bernardino County, Oak Hills, California, covers just under 25 square miles. It is located about 44 miles from Riverside and 12 miles outside Victorville.
