Ultra-durable and highly customized to meet the owner’s wishes, the building features top-of-the-line steel construction and now functions as a shop. When raised, the steel building stands 50’x116’x17’ in size and has a broad clear span and high overhead clearance.
A painted gable roof with a slight 2:12 pitch provides reliable protection from above, and (5) framed door openings are additional features. Additional upgrades and customizations include (1) 16’ inset bay along the shop’s left end wall and several climate-related accommodations, including a 25-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind load.
