Steel Building Kit in Mullen, Nebraska

Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered steel building kit for a customer located in Mullen, Nebraska, in late September, 2016.

Crafted from premium-quality components, the rugged, low-maintenance metal building stands 40’x80’x16’ in size once fully erect and is now used as a shop by the owner. Overhead, covering and protecting the structure from the elements, is a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 2:12 pitch. Inside the shop building are (2) framed openings; (1) 12’x14’ opening and (1) 3070 opening.

A wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs. serve as additional project features. These inclusions were made to enhance overall durability given the variable climate and distinct seasonal changes common throughout much of the Mullen area. A small village set within northern Nebraska’s Hooker County, Mullen lies about 98 miles outside Alliance and 71 miles from North Platte.
