Pre-Engineered Building in Conifer, Colorado

Metal Building Outlet secured this pre-engineered building for a client in Conifer, Colorado, in mid-April of 2018.

Rugged, durable and designed to holds its own amidst Conifer’s mountainous, often-unpredictable climate, the building boasts a finished size of 30’x80’x18’ upon erection. It features premium-quality steel construction and a robust, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 2:12 pitch, and its owners now use it for residential storage purposes.

Enhancing metal building accessibility are (4) framed openings, which include (2) 12’x14’ openings enclosing (2) 14’x14’ metal doors and (2) 3070 openings enclosing (2) 3070 walk doors. Additional project features added with the weather and seasonal storm activity of Conifer and the surrounding landscape in mind include a 130-mph wind speed rating and a high, 93-pound snow load.

An unincorporated community situated within the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Conifer is a part of central Colorado’s Jefferson County. It lies about 35 miles southwest of Denver and about 9 miles south of Evergreen.
