Metal Building Outlet supplied this building in Stanley, North Dakota. This steel building project was designed as a metal garage and shop.  It was purchased in February, 2012.

The buildings overall size is 36’x54’x16’ with a 4:12 roof pitch.  It has (1) walk door, (1) 12×12 garage door, (1) 20×14 garage door and (6) 3×4 Low E Windows.

The owner was very energy conscious.  He purchased a energy saving High R-Value insulation system with R-30 in the roof & walls and additional thermal blocks.  The 2 Amarr overhead doors were also insulated. By adding these components the building is very energy efficient and will save the owner money over time on his energy bills, reducing the cost of ownership significantly.

Stanley is located approximately 55 miles from Minot and 80 miles from Waterford City. It is in the heart of the North Dakota oil rich Mountrail County.
