Engineered for life in a high-risk hurricane zone, the metal warehouse offers unmatched structural integrity and has a high wind speed rating that meets local building code requirements. It features a spandrel beam, parapet framing, a parapet gutter and (2) below-eave canopies with a soffit system, one of which is 4’6”x45’ and the other, 4’6”x41’3”.

Highly customized to meet the owner’s needs and preferences, the steel warehouse has high R-value roof and wall insulation that lowers energy bills and helps prevent condensation. It also has commercial-grade gutters and downspouts that further guard against condensation by keeping rain from pooling on top of the warehouse’s roof or near its foundation.
