Durable, highly energy-efficient and customized to meet the buyer’s needs, the building now undergoes use as a shop and is 100’x75’x14’ in size when raised. It has a broad clear span that maximizes usable floor space, and it also has high ceilings that enhance versatility and provide additional room for storage or supplies.

A heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel gable roof with a 2:12 pitch sits overhead, providing reliable protection from the Missouri elements, and within that roof is a high R-value, R-38 Energy Saver insulation system. The walls, meanwhile, contain an R-30 Energy Saver insulation system, leading to lower energy bills and comfortable, consistent interior temperatures throughout the year.

The building has (3) access points, which include (1) 6070 framed opening for a double walk door and (2) 3070 framed openings for 3070 walk doors. A 14-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating are additional customizations that boost durability and comply with local building codes.
