Now undergoing use as a shop, the durable, low-maintenance metal building boasts a Red exterior and matching roof and stands 40’x80’x16’ once erect. It has an open, clear span design and high overhead clearance, and it also features a rugged, corrosion-resistant steel roof .

The steel shop building has (4) framed openings providing access inside, which include (2) 12’x12’ openings that will house roll-up doors and (2) 3’4”x7’2” openings that will house personnel doors. It also features sculptured gutters that help divert moisture away from the shop, thereby helping prevent water damage.

The shop building also has several customizations that comply with local building and engineering codes, including a 115-mph wind load and a 15-psf snow load.

Located in southwest Missouri, the city of Springfield is part of Greene County and is the principal city of the Springfield metropolitan area. It sits 44 miles north of Branson and about 71 miles outside Joplin.
