Metal Building Outlet served as the supplier of this pre-engineered metal shop building in Tucson, Arizona, in late January of 2017.

Attractive, functional and highly energy efficient, the building boasts a finished size of 50’x80’x20’ and is now used for automotive purposes. Saddle tan in color, it is crafted from premium-quality steel components, and it is covered and protected overhead by a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch. Inside the steel structure are (3) framed openings, which include (2) 12’x14’ openings enclosing (2) 12’x14’ roll-coil doors and (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 commercial walk door.

To keep energy bills low and building users consistently comfortable, the building features R-19 insulation in its roof and walls, while a wind speed rating of 115 mph serves as an additional feature. A city set within southern Arizona’s Pima County, Tucson is situated about 60 miles north of the Mexican border. Nearby cities include Marana, Oro Valley and Sahaurita, among others.
