Now operating as a shop, the rugged, low-maintenance metal building boasts an ash grey exterior and a complementing polar white roof with a 3:12 pitch. Comprised of top-quality steel components, the structure stands 40’x60’x16’3” once erect, and (4) framed openings serve as additional project attributes. These include (2) 12’x14’ framed openings enclosing (2) 12’x14’ metal doors, (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door and (1) 3’x10’8” window that allows natural sunlight to make its way inside.
