Metal Building Outlet was the supplier of this pre-engineered steel shop building in Littleton, Colorado in June of 2021.
Used as a shop on the grounds of a local high school, the metal building offers superior strength and durability and provides reliable protection for goods and supplies stored inside. When raised, the steel shop is 30’x50’x12’ and has a clear span design that eliminates interior obstructions, maximizing usable floor space.
Overhead, a heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof protects the interior of the metal building, while (8) framed door and window openings serve as additional project customizations.
The steel shop also has several climate-related enhancements that boost durability and keep the building compliant with local building and engineering codes, including a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a ground snow load of 28 psf.
