Durable, economical and built to last, the large-scale steel building stands 120’x240’x16’in size once erect and has an attractive, Rustic Red exterior. Engineered for use as a shop, the building has a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel roof overhead, providing reliable protection from the Idaho elements. It also has (2) framed openings that allow for easy accessibility, which include (1) 16’x14’ overhead door opening and (1) 14’x14’ overhead door opening.

The expansive, highly functional steel shop also has several customizations that help it comply with local building code requirements, including a 20-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating. Part of southeastern Idaho, the city of Idaho Falls is the state’s second-largest community.

Located in Bonneville County, the city sits about 52 miles outside Pocatello and about 10 miles northeast of Shelley.
