The steel shop provided a fast, simple erection process and the building boasts a high overhead clearance and a wide clear span that maximizes usable floor space. Overhead, the shop features a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof, and (4) framed openings allow access inside. An energy efficient  insulation kit is installed in the roof and the walls to create a more comfortable year-round environment, and the insulation package also slashes lifelong energy bills associated with the property. Other climate-related features and customizations include a required wind speed rating and adequate snow load.
