Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal building in Seneca, Kansas, in November of 2019.

Multifunctional and engineered to last, the building stands 100’x100’x17.5’ once raised after its components arrived on the jobsite in clearly marked, easy-to-erect parcels. Offering optimal structural integrity, the metal building now functions as a shop building, and it has high overhead clearance that makes it suitable for storage, automotive or similar use.

The roof of the metal workshop has a slight 2:12 pitch and is comprised of robust Galvalume sheeting, and (8) doors ranging in size offer easy accessibility inside. Found throughout the steel shop are (1) 10’x10’ overhead door opening, (1) 18’x14’ overhead door opening, (1) 65’x16’ framed opening and (4) 3070 walk door openings.

Other noteworthy features and customizations include a 20-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating. Located in northeastern Kansas, the city of Seneca falls within Nemaha County. It sits roughly 30 miles west of Hiawatha and about 117 miles from Kansas City, Kansas.
