Metal Workshop Building in Santa Fe, Texas

Metal Building Outlet provided this pre-engineered metal workshop building for a client in Santa Fe, Texas, in early March of 2018.

Rugged, reliable and insulated to optimize energy efficiency, the metal building offers a finished size of 40’x60’x16’, and it now operates as a shop. A robust roof with a 1:12 pitch crafted from Galvalume metal panels sits overhead, protecting the interior from the elements and damage, while the building itself features top-of-the-line steel construction, creating a safe, secure place to work and store goods.

Additional steel workshop characteristics include (4) framed openings that make the shop easily accessible for users, among them (3) 14’x14’ openings and (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 insulated walk door. An insulation package that includes R-10 insulation in the shop’s roof and walls serves as an additional draw, lowering energy bills linked with the property while helping the interior maintain consistent, comfortable temperatures year-round.

A high, 150-mph wind speed rating serves as a supplemental feature included with respect for the weather and climate patterns common throughout the region. Part of southeastern Texas’ Galveston County, the city of Santa Fe sits about 39 miles southeast of Houston and about 18 miles from Pearland.
