Featuring a striking Light Stone exterior with Solar White trim, the insulated, highly energy-efficient building currently undergoes use as a shop and stands an expansive 55’x130’x11’/15.58’ once raised. The steel building has an open, clear span design, and overhead, a rugged, durable Galvalume single-slope roof provides reliable protection from the elements.

The steel shop has (8) framed door and window openings located throughout. A high-performance insulation system serves as another key customization, with a layer of Energy Saver insulation installed in the roof and 6” of insulation installed in the walls.

Additional customizations and upgrades include Light Stone-colored base trim and a 6-pound collateral load that supports sprinklers, the insulation system and the building’s lighting. A 110-mph wind speed rating is an additional feature added in adherence to local building code requirements.

Located in Southern California, the town of Santa Margarita is part of San Luis Obispo County. It lies about 10 miles from San Luis Obispo and about 22 miles north of Pismo Beach.
