Metal Building Outlet supplied this set of metal buildings in San Tan Valley, Arizona, in the summer of 2014. The smaller of the two buildings serves as a warehouse, while the larger of the two serves as a boiler cover.

Light stone in color with a Galvalume roof, the 40’x60’x16’ Garco-brand main steel building has a 1:12 roof pitch and (3) framed doors. The first is a 3070 walk door, while the others are 12’x14’ roll-coil doors. Constructed with a wind speed of 90 mph. The building was also built with R-10 insulation in both the roof and the walls in an effort to help keep the heat out during Arizona’s sweltering summer months.

The San Tan Valley is a census-designated place located in northern Pinal County, in the south-central part of Arizona. It lies about 22 miles from Chandler, Arizona, and about 45 miles from the state capital of Phoenix.
