Now undergoing use as a shop, the steel building is 15’x24’x10’ and features a clear span design that maximizes floor space by eliminating the need for any interior supports.

The roof of the metal building features ultra-durable Galvalume Plus steel construction and has a single-slope design and a 1:12 pitch. The shop also features several climate-related customizations added with regard for local building and engineering code requirements, including a 3.5-psf snow load and a wind speed rating of 115 mph.
