Comprised of rugged, heavy-duty steel parts, the roof-only metal building lacks wall sheeting but offers reliable coverage overhead, creating a dry space the owner uses for storage. The building components arrived at the erection site in partially assembled packages to speed up the construction process, and when raised, the roof-only steel building is 40’x80’x16’ in size.

The steel canopy’s wide clear span eliminates the need for interior supports, while its high ceilings maximize space for storage. A 30-psf roof snow load and a wind rating of 115 mph keep the building compliant with local building and engineering codes while enhancing overall durability.
