Used for commercial storage by a Utah-based boat dealer, the roof-only metal building lacks wall sheeting, creating a covered, open-air environment ideal for storing boats and watercraft. Comprised of rugged, high quality steel parts, the metal cover provides reliable protection from the elements, keeping boats dry, protected from the elements and in ideal condition until they sell.

The T-frame boat storage building has 3’ overhangs along two sides, forming additional covered outdoor storage space. Metal Building Outlet also sent a Utah engineer-stamped foundation plan along with the building kit to streamline the processes of permitting and laying a strong foundation.
