Designed with versatility in mind, the durable, multifunctional steel shop building boasts 1,500 square feet of open floor space the owner can use to complete projects or tasks, perform work-related activities or store vehicles, machinery or other goods. The building has a traditional walk door and an overhead garage door offering easy entry inside, and six large windows let natural light in, brightening up the interior and improving ambiance.

The outside of the building has 3’ of painted wainscoting with transition trim contributing to its curb appeal, while rugged steel construction and a high wind load rating enhance durability with respect for the climate characteristics of the area.
