Prefabricated Steel Shop & Garage Building in Littleton, Colorado

Metal Building Outlet supplied this custom pre-engineered steel building in Littleton, Colorado, sending the building kit to the jobsite in July of 2025.

Engineered for housing and servicing cars and trucks, the clear-span metal shop and garage covers 1,800 square feet and has high, 16’ ceilings that can easily accommodate large vehicles or car lifts. Designed to complement the existing home on the property, the steel shop and garage has White walls and an Ash Grey roof and trim, resulting in a clean, modern look and feel.

Notable customizations include full-length, 30’ eave light bands on both sidewalls, which allow natural sunlight to stream inside without adding additional windows, and door openings in several sizes that make it easy to move vehicles in and out. Metal Building Outlet also included an engineer-stamped foundation plan with the building kit to simplify the process of laying the foundation and give the metal shop and garage a strong, stable base.
