Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered steel building in Denver, Colorado, in mid-August of 2022.

An extension to an existing building, this new section of metal building is 39’x80’x18’/14’9” and has an open, unobstructed interior thanks to a broad clear span. Comprised of rugged, quality steel parts, the building extension offers unmatched structural integrity, and overhead, a Galvalume single-slope roof with a mild 1:12 pitch provides protection from the Colorado elements.

The steel building extension has (1) 3070 framed walk door opening allowing access inside, and it also has a partially deleted end wall where it connects to the existing building already on the property. Other notable upgrades and customizations include a 115-mph wind speed rating and roof snow load of 30 psf.
