Metal Building Outlet supplied the building kit for this pre-engineered personal shop building in Commerce City, Colorado, sending the components to the north Denver suburb in late February of 2025.
Comprised of rugged, sustainable steel parts, the metal shop boasts 2,400 square feet of open, flexible floor space the owner can use to house belongings, complete tasks or otherwise use as desired. The building has Black walls and contrasting White trim, giving it nice street appeal, while its Galvalume steel roof resists corrosion and has a modest pitch, providing reliable protection from above.
The shop has three door openings in varying sizes, making it easy to access and retrieve items when necessary. It also features wind and snow loads that adhere to local building codes, maximizing durability with respect for the climate characteristics of central Colorado.
