Spacious and versatile, the clear-span metal building boasts 1,200 square feet of column-free interior space the owner can use as a work or storage area or another type of functional space and features two large windows that let plenty of natural light inside. Taupe in color with a White trim and roof, the building blends well with its natural surroundings and has insulation in its roof and walls that boosts energy efficiency and keeps the interior comfortable for use during all four Colorado seasons.

The roof of the metal building has R-19 fiberglass insulation installed inside, while the walls contain R-13 fiberglass insulation. The insulation package helps the inside of the building maintain consistent temperatures that are ideal for storing goods or completing tasks, and the fiberglass blankets also guard against condensation and muffle noise. Both of the building’s doors are also insulated, helping prevent heated or cooled air from escaping while generating additional energy savings.
