Metal Building Outlet supplied the building kit for this cold-formed pre-engineered steel shop building for a client in Denver, Colorado, sending the structural components to the jobsite in early June 2025.

High ceilings enhance overall functionality, while an R-30 Energy Saver insulation system in the roof and an R-35 Energy Saver insulation system in the walls create a comfortable interior and boost the metal shop’s thermal performance, leading to lower heating and cooling bills over the life of the building.

Other customizations include a 4-psf collateral load in the roof that can support sprinklers, HVAC or lighting systems, or other elements the owner needs permanently affixed to the ceiling.
